Not happy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging.

How it works: email brighterdigitalllc@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions. Once your return is confirmed, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo — we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full, no return shipping needed.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
