Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Because we work directly with manufacturing partners to keep prices low, standard delivery to US addresses typically takes 8–15 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at brighterdigitalllc@gmail.com and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Items in the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages; you never pay extra shipping when that happens.
